Loved the room! Spacious, comfortable and clean. Room service dinner was delish. The facilities are amazing!! Indoor and outdoor pools with water game. Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Amazing for a stay with kids as well. Friendly staff. Free shuttle bus to sister hotel.

Check-in was smooth, hotel has great decor and being connected to the other hotels, shops and casinos makes it very convenient. The room itself is standard, but the hotel staff are excellent, in my opinion better than what we saw at surrounding hotels. The staff seem genuinely happy working there which is always a huge plus for me. Excellent selection for breakfast and open till late. Room service is a plus.

The doormen, George and Dominic, set the tone for the entire stay with their professional and welcoming service. ​A special commendation goes to Xyrll at the reception desk. Thank you for being so thoughtful in arranging a room close to the elevators and ensuring we had a non-slip mat for my mom. These details made our stay so much more comfortable and safe. ​We also had a fantastic experience at The Manor. The food was amazing, but the service was even better. Cindy and Asmita gave us such a warm welcome. We were particularly touched when they went out of their way to print a photo of me and my mom—a beautiful keepsake from a wonderful meal. ​Finally, thank you to Ivy from the Butler team for taking such good care of us throughout our time there. ​The St. Regis Macao is truly a class act.
