I absolutely loved the cleanliness of the room. It smelled and looked clean! From the towels to the bed sheets, the bathroom was sparkling and showers were clean. This is exactly what I wanted after reading the reviews for other hotels. Luisa the housekeeper was super sweet. She got me out of a bind the day of my event and helped pin my daughters shirt because it fit her too big. She went above and beyond! There were fresh towels everyday. The staff was professional and welcoming. The location was close to everything- just be sure to google map it. There are lots of places to eat close by, I didn't eat at the hotel but, the food smelled delicious! Also felt very safe... You can not access other floors of the hotel. Your floor, the pool and the lobby only. You also need a key card to access your floor. Lots of cameras. That made me feel safe too. Wifi connection was also good.
