I love everything about this hotel. The staff are very friendly. I got a spacious room but great facilities. Good night sleep. I enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool facilities at this hotel. Also the food & drinks here are so good. This hotel is located in a very central area so I can easily travel around KL. Highly recommend!

The RuMA was a great find in Kuala Lumpur. It's a beautiful hotel that is centrally located with spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff was excellent, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was gorgeous with a lot of variety. Joshua, the concierge, helped us find us a taxi to take us to Penang. We highly recommend this hotel and we'll definitely return!
