The staff were the kindest and the location pretty much the best you can get! We had the room on the top floor which was flooded with light and had amazing views !

We stayed at Viajero before and always loved it! Once again, we were not disappointed! Room was comfortable, great shower and comfortable bed. The staff is amazing! We had some issue with the room we were given on arrival and they immediately changed us to another room.
The hostel always organises a lot of activities. They have a restaurant and bar and food is very nice! There is a water refill and free tea. Would definitely recommend this hostel!

The Hosteria is located very central, yet it is very quiet. The green yards and ample place to rest and enjoy a complimentary hot beverage was great.
I was also able to leave my luggage free of charge at the Hosteria while taking a 4 day hike.

This hotel was outstanding, even for experienced travelers. The spacious colonial architecture combined perfectly with the convenient furnishings. The bed was super extra-large, literally over 2 meters wide. The exceptional breakfast offered a wide variety of food. The staff were very helpful and always ready to ensure guests felt comfortable. We thank them for this wonderful stay

They were so easy to communicate with and so accommodating! We needed an extra night - no problem! I wanted a decent jewelry store and got all the advise. We got a packed breakfast when we had to leave at 4am for the Inca trail. The wonderful chef made me coffee outside of our allotted breakfast time. Honestly, nothing was too much for this hotels team! We would stay here again and again. Highly recommended!

Hands down the best hostel I've been in out of Europe and Latin America! Very comfortable in both room and people! It's a great building and at least half of the people working were volunteers (worked for their lodging there), which means they were especially helpful and friendly! Special shout out to Ana Paula, who was very welcoming and helpful! Wifi very strong throughout. The hostel organizes great nightly events with a wonderful relaxed and fun atmosphere--cannot recommend enough! This is the place to stay in Cusco :D
