The infinity pool and gym on the 8th floor are excellent. We did have to play detective to figure out which floor they were on. Walking distance to shopping mall, Rizal Park and tourist attractions.

I like the front desk staff for letting me check in even if it's not 2pm yet. I appreciate it so much. The place is clean .Staff's are smiling and accommodating, location of the hotel is perfect, very close to 7/11 as well and lots of small eatery around so if you're on a tight budget you'll definitely survive in the place.Not to forget the free water at the lobby too, I love it you won't get thirsty in your stay.😊

Exceptional service. We needed a doctor or nurse in the middle of the night and Manila Hotel's in house nurse was quick and excellent. The next day we needed medication and the Manila Hotel staff were able to provide a telephone doctors consultation where we were prescribed medicine. Then, Manila Hotel organised a private car to drive us to the pharmacy. Because of this we didn't have to waste any time at a hospital or clinic. Will stay here again for this peace of mind.

Deluxe rooms we stayed at were exceptionally clean and spacious. No view from our room but we enjoyed the stay a lot and is not a big deal since we usually go out during the day. From check-in to luggage assistance after check-out, all staff were accommodating and tended to our needs and requests. The food service especially during breakfast was exceptional. I loved the food during breakfast. Other amenities like the gym was complete, the pool was a bit cold but nontheless, have enjoyed swimming. The bar was also great. It has a relaxed vibes although the drinks and food were pricey (200-500) the concotions especially the signature cocktails were strong and excellent.

Room was great value for money, modern, spacious, airy, lots of natural light and very clean. Very fast elevator, never had to wait long. Kind doorman who always held the door and welcomed us. Hotel was close to places to eat and sights to see.

Its location is very close to important offices I intend to visit. Being close to Robinson is a plus. Sleek and clean feels with complimentary snacks comforts a tired travellers. They also have nice quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
