We LOVED everything about Grand Hyatt. Best hotel you can book! Beds are so comfortable, great facilities, 24/7 gym, beautiful spa area and excellent staff. From Matt checking us in, Genesis and Ivy warm welcome every morning for breakfast, Maricel on floor 6 and Shiela for the fantastic massage! I would recommend this hotel to everyone

It was so nearby the popular places. Location is def amazing if you want to stay near the popular places in BGC. The host was very responsive and nice. Complete appliances the facilities were great. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The condo is exactly as it appears in the pictures. It's compact but decorated nicely and is very comfortable. We didn't use the building amenities at all but they looked great.
The location in the BGC was ideal for shopping, dining and catching grabs to further away destinations. Located above Landers, it's lovely that the host included a landers membership card with the apartment guidebook.
The host was an excellent communicator and the building staff were easy to deal with.

This place had it all! The location was perfect, and I couldn't have asked for a better spot. Plus, the staff was absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. They really made the experience that much better. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience. Five stars all around!

The interior was very modern and clean. It had a very homely feeling. The condo was very well maintained with all necessities. It was like 5 star hotel standard.
