The hotel has a lovely relaxed feel but at the same time it feels elegant and timeless. The staff are very attentive, nothing is too much trouble.
The location is great, it’s outside the centre but not too far away. There are a lot of lovely restaurants and bars nearby if you want an evening out without fighting your way into Funcal

Location was close to the sea and coastal path, easy to walk in to the Capital. Forum Shopping centre and bus stops a few minutes walk away from accommodation. Airport Shuttle, Bus No9, passes by these stops every half hour. Cost 6 Euros. Plenty of excellent restaurants nearby.

We had a great time - couldn't find a reason to complain. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the host provided us with all the necessary information upon our arrival. We were a bit worried about localization a bit further from Funchal center, however the vicinity offered many restaurant, shops and attractions for our convenience.
