The location of the hotel is awesome, train and metro are only couple of minutes away, several buses 10 minutes away. Staff was super helpfull, decent breakfast options, awesome room. There is also a possibility to leave luggage in the hotel before check-in and after check-out.

Set in the residential area of Avenida de Roma, this 4-star design hotel was recently renovated and features 9 themed floors, as well as a fusion restaurant serving Portuguese cuisine.

We were a family of five, two adults and three children staying for 10 days, and from the very beginning, Mr. Joao Chaves and Filipe Costa at the reception were exceptionally kind and helpful. They warmly welcomed us and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the city, providing numerous tips and advice. Thanks to their outstanding service, our stay was truly wonderful. The breakfast was absolutely good. We were recommended this hotel for everyone. It is a really five stars hotel.

This hotel features a sauna, just across the street from Entrecampos Metro Station. It serves a breakfast buffet which includes fresh juice, preserves and gourmet coffee.

The service at the front desk was great as was the service in the restaurant. Manoela, the head waiter, was exceptional. Would visit again.

The staff was all super lovely! I was sad when I had to leave to catch my flight. I also got clean towels daily and 2 bottles of water daily provided. Everything was nice and clean. You can order food at the pool and there is a nice city nearby. As a female solo traveller I can say it is also very save!

The host was exceptional. We got fruits, small "gifts" during our stay. We loved the neighbourhood as well, it was full of greenness, plants and was lively. The airport can be easily accessed by bus, and the city center by 2 kind of metros, and a few minutes of walk. The apartment was also well prepared, and clean. There was also a sandwich maker, heater, fridge and other extrtas.

The accommodation is top-notch! Everything you need for an amazing trip to Lisbon. The parking is in the front yard of the property: secured and easy to access. The hosts are very nice and they've sent all the details for self check-in days before our arrival.

The best service I've ever had. Manage was welcoming and had an amazing personality. Taxi was perfectly arranged by hotel administrative. Room was clean and comfy. Facilities are extra clean. I would say an extra about the manager at the hotel because he is a professional and a great person. I would come back to that place just because of personal working there.
