A front beach hotel, easy access from subway (a small walk), really family friendly with good areas, confort and sound isolation. The food was expensive, but with a lot of options. Near a very good shopping mall.

Amazing location, facilities and the most helpful and attentive staff. Incredible rooms. Superb breakfast.

We were upgraded upon arrival, in which time the front of house staff also facilitated us an early check in. The room was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in with scenic views over Doha Port. The bedlinen was to the highest quality and it felt as though we were sleeping on a silky cloud. The housekeeping team serviced our room twice daily and ensured we had fresh towels each time. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool both days and received the highest level of service from the pool team, a special mention to Nafeel for all of his assistance. The ice cold water, face mist, sun cream and refreshing snacks were all delightful extras. All of the staff at the hotel were so friendly and willing to ensure we had everything we required during our stay. The Four Seasons Doha is truly a home from home, and we hope to return in the not so distant future.

The hotel is top notch itself. The 44 stories building is very new and all facilities working well. Restaurants and bar in hotel are awesome.

We had the most amazing & absoultely enjoyable family staycation at Crown Plaza Westbay! The best 5star property with the perfect hospitality in every aspect one could imagine. The hotel staff are the real gems! Right from our request for early check-in to late check-out. Hats off to front desk staff Mr.Barnabas and the ever friendly & courteous front desk manager Mr.Kamal Hussain. They gave us the best room for our staycation (club room) on the 19th floor which was absolutely amazing, huge & spacious with the most breathtaking view one could imagine. Almost a 270° panoramic view through the humongous glass windows offering the most spectacular view one could imagine.. right from Karata, Pearl, Lusial, B12 beach, Sheraton & Corniche! The night views were even more amazing. Special kudos to Mr.Kamal for his personal attention to every customer with an ever smiling face and we highly appreciate his kindness in providing an extra kids bed in our room at not extra cost. Sparkling clean room & bathroom, with excellent housekeeping service offered with quick water bottle & tea coffee refills upon request.Wonderful in room menu offering lip smaking food. The icing on the cake was the complimentary access to the executive club lounge on the 8th floor, with unlimited snacks, finger foods, beverages & ofcourse the wide selection of alcoholic drinks. What an amazing & friendly hostess - Ms.Jerica ay the club lounge who made us all feel so comfortable & attended to all our requests. Ms.Jerica is an adorable staff, ever smiling who made us feel at home & even offered to take our family photos in the club lounge as well as at the lounge balcony, with the spectacular night view of the westbay backdrop. The dinner & breakfast included in the staycation package at the amazing Nidayaa restaurant was an absolute treat, both for our taste buds & our tummies.

The view from my room was great. The food is also lovely. The ease of ordering anything made it great, I could order anything and have it delivered within minutes!

This hotel is absolutely amazing! The service was top tier. From the valets, people who work at the bakery, the restaurants, the cleaners, the desk reception - Everyone who works here deserves a raise! The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the ocean view was breath taking. The excellent service at the hotel made my work/vacation very pleasant. I will definitely stay here again in the future.
