Very helpful and positive personnel, Daniel - thank you. Clean and modern rooms, cosy lobby and very good restaurant. Breakfast was diverse with lots of healthy options. High speed WiFi. Good location, next door to historical center yet close to the public transportation. Definitely recommend. I wish I stayed for fun instead of business.

I recently stayed at Old Town Snail Apartments, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The apartment was incredibly pretty, just like in the photos—or even better! The place was so stylish and immaculately clean; everything in the apartment looked completely new, as if it had never been used before. It truly had everything you might need to feel at home and cozy. The host, Beatrice, was wonderful to communicate with—always responding within minutes and ready to help with any request. She even provided us with a well-organized list of places to see in Bucharest and recommended fantastic places to eat. Her colleague was equally kind and welcoming, showing us around the apartment and explaining everything we needed to know. Every day, she greeted us with a lovely smile and was always ready to assist if we needed anything. The location of the apartment was perfect—right in the center of the old town, surrounded by restaurants, bars, and cafés. Yet, it was in a great spot where we could sleep peacefully at night without any noise from the surrounding area. I feel like I can't express enough how amazing this whole experience was. My parents and I had such a great time, and we would definitely choose this place again the next time we visit Bucharest!
