The fragrance when you enter this hotel .. very refreshing .. staff is welcoming specially Noman and Ahmed both were super courteous and helpful they arranged bed for our kids on request .. booked a studio apartment .. just one complain thr used to be smell of smoke in room after cleaning otherwise thr breakfast ,, thr staff hotel management everyone was really helpful

Excellent Hotel. Excellent staff. We had a late flight back, so they gave us a free late check out and we could spend the afternoon at the roof top pool.
Nice restaurants, cafés and shops in walking distance to the hotel.

I loves this hotel. Short taxi ride to Serafi Mall. My room was so spacious & clean. I arrived beyond the check in time but was given a room right away.
Special thanks to the lovely daytime receptionists Afnan & Fanan who helped me order food as most restaurants were closed during fasting hours. Afnan especially made me feel welcome & helped me with all my daily needs. Thank you so much Afnan! I will miss your smiley happy face. Also thanks to Bellman Mahboub who was always ready to help me with SAR-USD exchange. It was super useful.
