You can: rent a motorbike here for reasonable price, eat real thai food and most important spend some lovely time chatting with Red. He is always ready to help you with any problem. It was our the best stay in Thailand.  Elephant sanctuary and cave is nearby.

We stayed here for 6 nights with my girlfriend, visiting Koh Lanta to enjoy the island, beaches, and to do some remote work. From the moment we booked, the accommodation was incredibly helpful, arranging transport from the airport for us. Upon arrival, the owners greeted us warmly, and it immediately felt like a wonderful place to stay. In Koh Lanta, getting around requires a scooter, and they offered rentals directly on-site, which we had a lot of fun using. They also help organize tours around the island and even provide laundry services, making our stay all the more convenient. The room was outstanding—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The pool area was a perfect spot to cool down and relax. I also used the facilities for remote work, and they worked great for my needs. Overall, it was an exceptional stay. A huge thank you to the friendly and caring owners who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic experience. Truly nothing to dislike—I highly recommend Tum Mai Kaew Lanta Resort to anyone visiting Koh Lanta!

I loved the staff and the fact that this is not placed in the island center - but very close to it by scooter (that they rent). The staff is very lovely and the restaurant here is also good and cheap. Would definitely stay here again

My partner and I were more than pleased with our room! It was one of the comfiest we've stayed in so far and it had so many amenities -- a kitchen area, TV, little table, and a private porch with chairs. The location is a little secluded, but it's not a problem because it's super quiet and relaxing, and they offer motorbike rentals for 250 baht a day! We loved the cat that would hang out on our porch too :)

I loved this place and Koh Lanta so much that from initial 4 nights I extended my stay to just over a week. Very quiet location yet close enough to local amenities. There is a restaurant on site. Ada (i hope I spell it right)gave me great suggestions about the island and other destinations in Krabi. There are few beautiful cats on site. I got hugs when I was leaving. Thank you!
