Everything was perfect. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the room got cleaned every hour, beds are really comfy, bathroom with 2 shower-toilets huge enough and clean, Wifi works really well as well as air condition in the room. Everyday there were sweets, coffee, tea, water and toast for free, small n cute outside area to chill, own locker for each one in the dorm, curtains for privacy and lights/charger at the bed. Perfect.

Top-notch hospitality and service - from check-in to check-out, you feel welcomed. The staff is effortlessly attentive without being too intrusive. The food and beverage team is in a league of their own (huge shoutout to Nico!). Quiet, laid-back atmosphere in a natural and elegant package - the jungle is literally there, and you're a part of it, living in a beautiful wooden villa with a patio and a view to die for (even the low-tier ones). Beach with tamarind trees and soft sand - and the sea forming a lagoon during low tide, majestic. Food - quality, variety, portions, flavors, attention to detail, and sustainability - I'm speechless. Activity center - we did the Maya Adventure tour and loved every second of it. I envy those who will be staying longer to experience more adventures with the Zeavola team.

Owners and staff were so amazing. They clean about 3 times a day. Good location- close to the pier, can barely hear the music from the beach. I extended my stay because I wanted to do another tour. I booked through them.

Everything, I have never experienced such good service and cleanness in a hostel. The location is amazing, the staff is so sooo friendly, they help you with everything and there are snacks and even someone that brings your bags all the way up. It is soooo clean, and they even provide housekeeping service during your stay, I came back after a long day and they made my bed and even folded all my clothes. I would highly recommend this place! Even a 10 is to low 1000/10!!

Mr Nicky made this an absolute wonderful place to stay on the island.. he keeps the place spotlessly clean and was always available to help with advice.. booked a tour with him for snorkeling and he put me in touch with tour guide Mr Adam which again was a truly epic experience.. definitely recommend.. very kind people who made my stay on the island so memorable. Phi Phi Villa Resort is on the Long Beach Side, the quiter side of the island. Location was bang on the beach, infact the resort restaurant was overlying the beach. The resort had all individual cottages with ample space inside and a balcony opening upto the garden view. Overall naturalistic look made the ambience very calm. Amenities like swimming pool, gym and indoor games was quite useful especially when you are visiting with kids. The resort has its own ATM machine, there is a self operating 24hrs Laundry for Washing and Drying clothes (Minimum 13 kgs, 120 THB 60 wash and 60 dry). The breakfast spread was good mix of English and Thai Food. Resort has its own Long Tail Boat which can take you for Half Day/ Full Day trips approx cost 2000/ 3800 THB. Although the resort is about 15 mins walk through the town with small shops on either side, porters will help your luggage. Overall a very warm experience for my stay of 2 nights at Phi Phi, highly recommended if you are coming with family
