Cute hotel with charming rooms and structures. It became famous as Leonardo DiCaprio appeared in the film The Beach. It was renovated in 2012 and the hotel is looking nice. They are welcoming and although do not have breakfast, serve nice tea, coffee and cookies. We only stayed one night, but we some lots of people dropping by to take a pic on this place. Awesome location by the old town. Many restaurants, iconic places to go to. Easy to go the pier as well.

Wow! We stayed in the Spring unit and it was a truly amazing stay. We missed the last ferry to Phi Phi and had to make a last minute booking for one night in Phuket Town from the taxi - the staff accommodated our sudden arrival. The unit (it’s more like an apartment than a hotel room) is exactly as pictured (the decor is amazing) and is really great value for money as it so much cheaper than a hotel in Patong. The unit has a small equipped kitchenette which makes it stand out if you’re staying for a few days. Great location in the middle of a great neighbourhood in Phuket Town. Would highly recommend a stay at 125 Baan.

This beautiful boutique hotel is situated on what has been voted one of the world's prettiest streets, and it's absolutely one of the prettiest hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in. The rooms are huge and very comfortable, and the fabulous balcony is a glorious place for people-watching. It also has the benefit of being above an ice-cream shop/cafe, and you get a voucher for ice-cream every day of your stay (BEST PERK EVER). Lots of fantastic restaurants within walking distance, and Old Town is a delightful area to wander. Thoroughly recommend booking in over a weekend to enjoy the Sunday night Old Town market. The decor is fabulous, and the in-room record players come with a wonderful, if small collection of classic LPs. Staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. This was one of the nicest places we've stayed in Thailand, and we will definitely be back!
