Villa 32 is a very special place. Peaceful setting, attentive staff, beautiful hot springs, exquisite food, the list goes on. I spent a weekend here to 'reset' after a busy time and returned home completely refreshed. A special thanks to Susan and the team at reception who took the time to help me find some edible souvenirs in Beitou on my final day.

They upgraded me to a room with a private hot spring bath. I enjoyed my hot spring in my room after sightseeing each day. The room was spacious & clean. The location is so good that Beitou Park is just opposite it. The Japanese style toilet bowl was impressive. The breakfast was delicious & had good varieties of both Western & Chinese style even though it's more Chinese orientated!

We loved the tatami flooring and the bathroom where you can soak in hot spring water. The car service to get picked up at XinBeiTou MRT station was really helpful when you have luggage.

Fantastic hotel, great for long and short term stays! I was here last year for almost a month, and it was like being at home. Very professional and friendly Personnel. I just always chose this amazing place because it feels like home. You have a hot spring in Your own bathroom and the views are great, everything is super clean. Breakfast is amazing - great selection of traditional Chinese food and nice afternoon tea snacks.
