Friendly staffs and gave us a tour and introduction at arrival. Love the in-room Onsen. The room was huge and well set up. Has every thing you need for a comfortable stay. Drinks and snacks are provided for free. Free shuttle service to and fo train station is a bonus. Breakfast is great and it privides both Taiwanese and Westen options.

This is a hidden gem! The hot spring bath in the room was absolutely amazing, and the area is really nice and full of cute cafes just short ride away. The staff were all really nice and helpful and accommodating :)
