The hostel was incredibly convenient and well located. There is a direct access with the metro, the staff is very welcoming and they try to create social gatherings by offering one drink in the evening. Also breakfast is included. The woman's dorm is on the third floor, accessible with an elevator. It was my second hostel in Taipei and while both are very convenient, this one tops!

The room was very well designed, it was very quiet, and there was plenty of space. There were very nice touches throughout the room that made it very comfortable. The staff were accommodating of our late check-in and helped us arrange a room for our arrival. They also provided complementary water and snacks throughout our stay, which were very much needed as we walked around the city. It's also right next to a subway entrance, so getting around the city was rather easy. There are some great food options nearby as well. Would 100% stay again if we're in Taipei!

The owner was very attentive and clear instructions were given. While the room we stayed in was perfect fit, we’ve got everything we needed and the supplies provided were great.

Opan was the best host, assisted by the best hooman staff Yujin. The bedroom was cozy with a unique vibe, and the bathroom and shower were exceptionally clean. The different scent chosen for different spaces were pleasant and relaxing. Location was great for exploring the area on feet.

Tony Liang of Palais de Chine hotel.. The 1st person to greet me & last person to say goodbye 5 days later, the staff at the hotel are fabulous, the customer service is outstanding and the hotel has a policy of reserving some rooms for Taiwanese residents only, so at least 1/2 the quests will be native. Which makes for a more diverse group of people at the breakfast buffet. The water in the shower is so soft & silky, after 1 day, I no longer needed as much body lotion. I'd go back just for the customer service ex perience & the soft water but my room was well appointed & luxurious. I think the wall paper was special order becuz I couldnt find any seams.

Really charming hotel located about a 15 minute walk to Taipei Main station. Close to bus stops. Very helpful staff. If there is any issue with your room they will make sure to fix it immediately. Very comfortable, clean and beautifully decorated rooms. Loved the neighborhood too. I will absolutely stay here again next time im in Taipei.

Lee Ga helped the team throughout the entire stay, staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is a common area where we can stay before check in and after checkout. Rooms, toilet and bathroom are very clean.
