Wow! We stayed at various hotels during our trip to Asia and this was the utmost best out of all of them!! Fantastic sized room, all amenities as expected, small private balcony, amazing bed! Bathroom was of a very good size and staff were professional yet friendly. The breakfasts were also amazing and the free tea / coffee / snacks throughout the rest of the day, along with a 'lounge' type area and outside terrace made our stay feel rather luxurious!

The location is very convenient! It's next to a lot of restaurants and shops. St. Ignatius Plaza and MRT station is nearby. They have rooms with multiple beds for big groups and families. The room was well-maintained, has a balcony, and the staff is generous in replenishing amenities.

The staff were very helpful and tried their best to explain buses etc. It was close to the train station and the bus stop was just across the road making it easy to get around. Breakfast was good with a variety of food each morning. Would definitely return.

Great style. Super friendly staff. Great location for public transport. In the middle of Ximen burt quiet. Responsible fact that the room is cleaned every second day (fresh towels and water are handed out every day).

Lovely hotel in Taipei! The people who run the hotel are very friendly and the hotel has everything you need including coin laundry. They offer great amenities including an insulated bottle to use during your stay, free snacks and face masks. You are also free to play with the cats.

The hotel is very close to Taipei Main Station. There are plenty of restaurants around the area. It is even close to shops like Uniqlo, Net, Cosmed, Watsons, and Mistukoshi.
Since we like to walk, we walked from Ximending Night Market back to our hotel twice in a row, at ease!
The room we stayed in was big and clean. We really liked the drink freebies daily.
The hotel staff let us leave our luggage so we could roam around freely, since our flight was in the evening.
