The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable! Everytime we step into the lobby we felt really welcomed :) they will go through the extra mile to ensure that we are comfortable. They also gave us an upgrade room to celebrate our anniversary, and a lovely handmade card. The room is really clean, and has a beautiful interior design. We will definitely come back here again. Great location, beautiful room with lovely little touches. Drinking water and tea/coffee was great. Staff so friendly and we loved cuddling the cats in the cat room! Would definitely stay again if we were in Taipei.

The hotel is very close to Taipei Main Station. There are plenty of restaurants around the area. It is even close to shops like Uniqlo, Net, Cosmed, Watsons, and Mistukoshi. Since we like to walk, we walked from Ximending Night Market back to our hotel twice in a row, at ease! The room we stayed in was big and clean. We really liked the drink freebies daily. The hotel staff let us leave our luggage so we could roam around freely, since our flight was in the evening.

Located a short walk from the main train station, at first I thought the location was a bit in the wilderness. However, after spending some time in the area (and other parts of the city) I realised that the hotel was located in the middle of the 'happening' parts of the city. Lots of interesting shops around, plenty of food options, and very close (walking distance) to many of the best tourist sites. I stayed in a fabulous room on the 7th floor: the room seemed like it was brand new and with everything you could ever need, including Japanese-style heated toilet. Staff spoke good English, were helpful and very friendly. From the hotel, it's a 7-10 minute walk to the railway station, and about the same to the bus station. Buses to the airport run 24/7 and are inexpensive. Trains run only from 6am. The airport is about 40km from the city and it takes around an hour by bus/train.

Kind and helpful staff who spoke English. Clean space, and enough room next to the bed to fit my suitcase standing up. Great location. There is an entrance to the underground mall right across to get to Taipei Main Station.

The room is spacious and clean. There are washing machines and dryers in the hotel. The mrt station and bus stop is located below the hotel. There is a shopping plaza below and convenience stores, supermarket and earing options nearby. The staff are helpful and friendly. Will stay in this hotel again the next time we come.
