Location. The big comfy bed and big shower were great! The coffee/tea machine in the room. The fancy Japanese style toilet was funny but maybe unnecessary. The room was quiet, which was nice. Beautiful furniture. The lobby is gorgeous! Customer service was amazing! Thank you!

The hotel was simply wonderful Excellent location and a staff that helps with everything. The hotel is not new, but provides a very pleasant atmosphere in contrast to the big chaos of New York.
