Very comfortable room. Clean and well maintained. Close to the bus stop going Downtown. Ample parking space. Good option for both couples and solo travellers. Restaurants across the road are a 10 minute walk away.

Big beds the room was clean. Staff were friendly and the area was nice for out for walk.

Room upgrade - right next to the MLB stadium in Seattle where we went to watch a match. Not cheap but quality rooms and good restaurant service.

Lovely guesthouse, really nice host, good breakfast and a quiet neighbourhood. Not the closest spot if you are mainly in Seattle to see the main sights close to downtown, but the charm of it all was worth the longer distance.
