Had a fantastic stay at Lotte Hotel Hanoi. Everything, from the service, location, room, to the indoor pool exceeded my expectations. The Pharaoh’s Bar & Upper looks much better than in photos. Every staff member I met was genuinely kind, professional, and attentive. especially Ms. Phung Nguyen, who assisted with the airport transfer.
One highlight I’d highly recommend is using the hotel’s airport transfer service. I was running late for my flight, and they had someone waiting for me at the airport who helped me skip the queue with priority check-in.
Extremely efficient and thoughtful!
Also, don’t miss the mango bingsu at the hotel’s restaurant.
I’ll definitely stay here again every time I visit Hanoi. Highly recommend !

Apartment was amazingly comfortable and clean. The three bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms and each bedroom has a TV. The living room has a sofa with TV set too. The location is a walking distance (600m) to the Lotte Tower and there is a supermarket on the ground level making it very easy to get supplies etc when you are traveling with children. There is also a coffee house downstairs where we got hot drinks. Love how friendly and warm the staff were! The apartment has all that you need and is spacious for a family stay. Modern looking, classy and well done up. Love this place and would definitely recommend to other travelers.

I could walk to most major landmarks within 15 minutes! 💒 Notre-Dame, Central Post Office, and all the malls. The bathroom could’ve used a shelf for toiletries, but that’s a small thing. Great experience overall.

Loan from Vincent Studio Apartment was absolutely amazing to deal with and checked in most days to see if everything was fine. The accommodation itself was far better than expected and true to photo's listed online. It was clean and comfortable, which is all I ever expect. It is a great location which is within walking distance to the Old Quarter and all famous sites that we all visit to see. The street itself is nice and quiet, except for Saturday evenings when as you'd expect more people out and about. The laundry facility was great as I managed to get a load washed and dried in a few hours. The roof top area to sit has great views and great to just sit and have a quite drink or 2. I would highly recommend this place and will be back when I return in a year's time. Thank you ☺️
