Located just outside old quarters - comfortable rooms and amenities with awesome bed. Staff were extremely helpful and courteous, especially Hannah, who helped with tour bookings, recommendations and all other queries. Accommodation was well priced and worth it.

Lovely property, walkable distance from good restaurants, and for most tourist spots it's either walkable or a quick Grab away.
Claire from the front desk was very helpful in asking us what all we wanted to see and giving us food spots recommendations and other touristy information. We also loved their breakfast every morning.

We had a very pleasant stay at The Five Residences Hanoi. We had a beautiful spacious studio/apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and sitting-room. The people at the check-in desk are nice, friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed the extensive breakfast, very tasty and fresh, and very good service. The indoor pool is perfect. We hope to come back next time.
