When we arrived, it was raining, and the receptionist Brian came out with an umbrella to accompany us into the hotel. The hotel was comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect. Highly recommended.

Great little hotel in a rather quiet street, but with plenty of coffees, restaurants and shops close by. It is a bit far from the old town, which for me was great because the old town is very touristy and busy. The executive room is on the last floor (floor 6, note that the lift stops at floor 5); it was spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again.

Excellent communication with host, easy check in and great price. Apartment was exactly as advertised, only stayed for 1 night pre-flight home and was only a short taxi ride (around 35 mins) from the airport.

Property was as to be expected for Vietnam. Still nice and comfortable, located well for us as we only stayed 2 nights. Fairly close to the airport and old quarter, which was priority for us. Most of all I believe it’s the staff that make the stay worth while. I expressed to the team that we were going to miss our original booking due to Visa complications, and without hesitation they changed our reservation and offered to help express our Visas (and at a much lower cost than other third party companies!) +++
Hotel manager Ms Zoe went above and beyond answering all my questions and helping us navigate the situation over the weekend when the immigration office was closed. She truly was a lifesaver and made our travel to Hanoi stress free. As first timers to Vietnam, we couldn’t have thanked her enough. Thank you Ms Zoe! 🤍
