The hotel is located right in the heart of Hanoi, but it's surprisingly quiet – perfect for resting. Just a few steps outside and you’ll find great local eateries, cozy cafés, and convenience stores. It was ideal for my short business trip. The room was clean, Wi-Fi was strong, and the staff were very helpful. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Hanoi for work!

Great apartment with washing machine and dryer, bathtub. Everything is very clean and in good condition. The bedroom can be completely darkened with a good curtain. The location of the accommodation is very quiet. The host is really nice and helpful. English is also spoken. There are many restaurants and shops around the accommodation with everything you need. The bus stop to the center is not far away. It is an oasis of calm in the noisy city. You have a lot of privacy. The elevator takes you straight to the roof terrace, which you can actually always enjoy alone. There is as much drinking water as you want from a hot and cold water dispenser in the room. I found that very practical. We stayed there for six nights and I would book the accommodation again at any time without thinking twice.

Locals could tell me these apartments have been recently renovated. The owners have designed it beautifully. The hugest bonuses for any traveller, very comfy bed, nice hot water. The kitchen is nicely equipped, which I appreciated as I like to cook a lot of my own meals.

The apartments are located in the new building, so there is no mould or insects. The manager of the hotel is definitely a superstar who does her absolutely best to help you with everything! You know, place is just walls without human's soul, so Jane making a great job with her business. There are plenty of local shops and street food by 5 min walking. 10 min to Anthropology museum (recommend visiting). They have free drinking water on the reception and free bath amenities. Jane also could help with tours, train tickets and transfers with better price and trusted partners so just ask her ;)

The host (Ms. Jane) was very nice and contacted me after booking via WhatsApp for some information eg. regarding my flight and if I needed a pick-up from the airport (which I took and can recommend). The apartment was small but cozy and clean. Aircondition worked fine. The neighbourhood is not touristy, so you can experience some quality local food for fair prices. Overall I enjoyed my stay very much and can recommend this apartment!
