It was a lovely hotel with at home atmosphere. The staff were very attentive, polite, and caring. One night I asked for another blanket because it was cold, and they gave me one and also a fan heater. It made my mornings/nights much warmer and nicer so thank you!
The room was clean and comfortable. Just like the pictures. I feel that I got more than I paid and I definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful vacation at the Elirina Hotel. The staff here is truly outstanding — special thanks to Ms. Tra and Ms. Le Linh at the front desk, who were always welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Their warm hospitality made me feel at home.
The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are well-maintained, comfortable, and well-organized. I was also impressed by the tranquility and peace of the location, situated in a charming, quiet alley — perfect for a relaxing getaway, yet still close to everything.
I highly recommend the Elirina Hotel to anyone visiting this area. I will definitely stay here again.

The kind owner took time to welcome us and make sure we have everything we need. The room was spacious. It is a walkable distance from train street and you can take a local bus to go to the old quarter (only 10k dong per person).

Enormous penthouse apartment had plenty of room (5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, plus huge living room with loads of seating) for my family of 8. The facilities were even nicer than we had anticipated - very roomy and luxurious-feeling. Fantastic wifi, rooftop deck, clean elevator...it was all good! The cleaners came every day, and supplied us with fresh towels and water bottles as well as cleaning up all our mess. And the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and excited to help, especially the young man who works the afternoon/evening shift. He went the extra mile more than once for us! Everything we asked for, they supplied. I would recommend this place to any large group coming to Hanoi!
