The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and welcoming, always ready to assist with any needs or help book tours and transfers. The location is perfect, with all major points of interest easily reachable on foot. Although we couldn’t have breakfast due to an early morning departure, the staff kindly prepared some food for us to take on the go. The rooms are beautifully decorated, featuring comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere, ensuring a great stay.

I was truly impressed with the hotel’s tour consultation service. From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff warmly introduced us to several sightseeing options that perfectly matched our schedule and preferences. They clearly explained the itinerary, pricing, and transportation details, making it easy for us to make the best decision. Most importantly, they arranged a full package tour to Ha Long Bay and Ninh Binh at a very reasonable price, including convenient pick-up and drop-off right at the hotel. Thanks to their professional and thoughtful advice, we had an amazing experience and saved a lot of time searching for tours on our own. I had an amazing time staying at Nam Dong House. Nam is a fantastic person who not only provided excellent accommodation but also entertained me with delicious Vietnamese food. Moreover, he generously offered me the use of his bicycle for free.
