Everything was fantastic. Lot of hotels aren't like in the photos but this one is exactly as you see, so it's new, clean and luxurious. Staff were Exceptional. My father got lost while we were waiting but in a hurry to catch a bus, and a staff, Henry, helped locate and fetch him on motorbike. Other staff were also very nice and eager to offer recommendations and help. Comfy and large beds, clean bathrooms too. I highly recommend the place.

Staff were very professional. We were warned beforehand about the hotel location situated close to the entertainment district and were given the option to cancel our booking if we were bothered by the noises. Nevertheless we proceed with our bookings and it was the best stay ever. They provided us with earplugs, which we didn't use. The noises never really bothered us. The beds were comfortable, and we had the best sleep. Rooms are reasonably big & clean. Location is very ideal to those who loves the hustle & bustle of Hanoi night life! A few minutes walk to Beer Street. Lots of food & good eateries nearby. Easy stroll to Hoan Kiem Lakes. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Help us book a limousine to take my family of six to the airport & hotel charges us reasonable rates comparable to booking two grabs. Will definitely be back if we visit Hanoi again.

During my recent stay at Trang Trang Boutique Hotel I had a mixed experience that was worth sharing.The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the linens were fresh.The staff was friendly and professional, Anni was always greeting with a smile. They were prompt in attending to requests, such as delivering extra towels or addressing minor issues.While there were a few areas for improvement, my stay at this hotel was largely positive. I would recommend it for its comfort, location, and friendly service, especially for short business trips or casual getaways.

The staff at this hotel were superb, especially the excellent Vu on Reception and Do who arranged all the bookings, both were absolutely delightful and amazingly helpful. Our room was lovely, the bed comfortable and bathroom clean. The breakfast was good, not exceptional, but then this is not an expensive hotel. We were very happy with the food and always found something we enjoyed. We would certainly very much recommend this hotel if you are staying in Hanoi.

Cozy place to stay with all the little details. Located right in the middle of the busy touristy old quarter of Hanoi still totally quiet. The room has everything what you need for feeling home. Super clean. Thinh the person in charge is super helpful. We will come back again.

The hotel situated in Mã Mây, which I considers the best street to be staying in Hanoi Old Quarter. Tạ Hiện, Hoàn Kiếm Lake and Parking for scooters is within 5 mins walking. In comparison with other streets in the Old Quarter, it is less noisy and busy. It is also opposite to the monument Old House. Many great restaurants are nearby. The services at the hotel was also exceptional. Our room was cleaned everyday with new towels and toiletries. The staff were very friendly, professional and available 24/7. Got helped with our luggages and many personal needs. Definitely recommend and will come back if I ever want to stay in Hanoi Old Quarter again.
