Wonderful stay – highly recommended! I had an excellent experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their warm hospitality really made a difference during my stay. The location is perfect — central enough to reach all the main attractions easily, but also in a quiet area, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. You could really tell that cleanliness is a top priority here. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way — comfortable, clean, safe, and with top-notch service. I will definitely be coming back and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I have to specifically praise Lyn, she has helped us so much. Because of the flood in Hue and Hoi an, we had to cut that part out and extend our stay in Hanoi. She went out of her way to help us look for a stay (as their place was already fully booked). She also recommended what we could do in those extra days in Hanoi. I just can't thank her enough.

Marco, Lisa, Quoc were very helpful and service orientated. We felt taken care of the moment we stepped in the lobby. Especially Lisa was very focused on guiding us through Ha Noi with must see attractions and where to get the best local food. In general all the staff were sublime and we couldn’t have wished for a better stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel for 4 nights in Hanoi, then for one night when we returned from Cat Ba island. We loved our stay here, the rooms are comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. The showers were the best we had for our whole stay in Vietnam. A special mention to Andrew, who helped us book transportation to Cat Ba and Ninh Binh, gave advice and kept in touch via whatsapp while we were away from Hanoi.
