One of the best guesthouses I've stayed in this year. The staff are fluent in English and very kind. Clean bed, hot shower, laundry services, luggage keeping service even after checking out, happy hour with free cups of bia, and located in the Old Quarter. I'd recommend this guesthouse if you're traveling alone in Hanoi or with your friends.

The location is deadsmack in Hanoi's Old Quarter, the ideal base from where you can experience the city & start your excursions to touristic sites in other area's of the country from.
Beds were great and the busy city sounds did not invade the room too much. The incredible breakfast buffet (choice between Wester classics and Vietnamese traditional kitchen) assures you have a good start of the day.
The stars of the hotel are however the most helpfull staff that is always ready to help with anything!

The staff are very helpful, friendly, approachable and reliable specially Anne and Ruby at the lobby.
Our room is spacious and pristine clean! I will recommend this hotel to my friends going to Hanoi. It is located in the Old Quarter so basically everything is within reach. Famous Phoʻ 10 is a short walking distance.

The room is comfortable, bed as well. Breaksfast varieties is a lot, and I am able to enjoy myself. There is a bar on the 3rd floor where it provides good cocktails and nice ambient.
