Great location just out of the busy area of the old quarter but still within walking distance. Very quiet inside the rooms. Must be sound proofed well. We had one of the cheaper rooms one night and the terrace another night. After staying in the heart of the busy old quarter the night before with the noise.. this was a nice change. I would choose to stay here next time in Hanoi for sure. Very friendly, helpful staff.

The staff was fantastic and you have one of the greatest views on the train that also goes through the famous train street. It is very quiet in the room and it feels like an oasis within the busy streets of Hanoi. Highly recommended staying here as it is very affordable and at the same time a super pleasant experience!

Wow. What can I say. Perfectly located hotel in the old quarter. Really nice rooms. We had a internal room which was good because it was so quiet at night. The breakfast was nice enough . But most of all a special mention to Grace and all the staff. 5 star service and made us feel so welcome.They organised our cruise to Halong Bay, which was special

Staff were exeptional. Breakfast was wonderful. Room was just the perfect size. Good amenedies. Being located in the middle of old town it was super quiet and peaceful. They let us use the facilities when we came early. They kept our luggage while we were on a 2 day tour after checkout. Definetly recommend and would come again.
