Good location, 10 minutes by walk from hotel to the old quarter. The staff are super helpful, they helped us to book a car from places to places. We had good time staying at the hotel. Definitely will come back again when we have time

I had a truly wonderful stay at La Selva Premium Hotel. The receptionists were fluent in English, respectful, professional, and always eager to assist with any queries. They consistently made sure we had everything we needed, which made us feel very welcome. The restaurant staff were equally accommodating, and the food was delicious—especially the à la carte options like the pho, which was excellent. Our room was extremely clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the shower was fantastic with a nice view of Hoàn Kiếm Lake. The hotel’s location is perfect; each morning, I enjoyed jogging around the lake, i am so happy to see many older Vietnamese people doing their morning exercises with joy. The area is also surrounded by good restaurants and cozy cafés, and it’s just a short walk to the Old Quarter. Overall, La Selva Premium Hotel is a great place to stay, and I will definitely come back next time.

The loveliest staff I've ever encountered in a hotel, who also speak great English, which was very helpful. My biggest win was the bed, which was super comfortable and the mattress wasn't rock hard as it often is in Asian hotels. The shower had great pressure, the room was almost perfectly clean (including the kettle), there were multiple pillows, bathrobes of great, breathable material, a quiet air-con (though it had to run overnight to keep the room cool), black-out shades, and Netflix. Breakfast was also pretty good compared to other hotels in Vietnam I've been to.
