This hotel was fantastic, but what really sets it apart is the staff. They’re on a whole different level. Every single person we met was so kind, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making our stay unforgettable. They didn’t just do the basics, they went out of their way to make everything easier and better for us.
The heated pool was fantastic—clean, spacious, and a great spot to unwind. The water was just the right temperature.
The breakfast was another big plus. There were lots of options. Everything tasted fresh, and the coffee was great.

May thought of everything!!!!!!
Slippers for the main part of the house, sunflowers for the room, coffee and treats while we waited for the room to be cleaned, (she let us check in early and told us there was no rush the day we left and we could stay as long as we wanted!) , all toiletries were available for us including toothpaste!
Fridge, tea and coffee available in the room.
The shared bathroom (only 2 rooms shared it) was absolutely spotless!!!!!!

The service was first class, the staff are friendly, polite, attentive, and will try their best to accommodate your requirements. Rooms are cleaned upon request which is good. The location is great with easy access to West Lake, lots of shops, cafes, street food, restaurants and shopping centres nearby, as a native I would recommend the location if you prefer to keep a distance from the touristy areas. Overall, great stay, thank you team! :)
