I loved the hotel. My best part was the staff, every single person we met made so much effort to make us feel welcome and we loved it. The deluxe double room was so convenient, clean and beautiful. We basically had every facility in the room that we needed, even more than we needed. Functional gym, good pool and sauna as well. Amazing time we had staying here. The breakfast was also really good.

The rooms are so beautiful, clean, and near the lake. It's great to be in a place that is off the beat from all the noise but still accessible to good restaurants and coffee shops. One of the best places I have stayed in Hanoi. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Thanks for a great stay and looking forward to be back again.
