Basically everything: the warm welcoming, the intimate pool, the spacious room and the position, very close to the city center but perfectly off the busiest zone, in a calm neighborhood.
All the requests we had (scooter rental, boat tickets to Cham islands, problem with the phone sim card etc) were immediately satisfied with much kindness.
I imagine there are other great places in town as the competition is fierce, but the quality/price ratio was great.

A lovely small hotel which is perfectly located for the centre of Hoi An. The breakfasts are very good and the decor is lovely old world Vietnam. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved every minute here. Everyone is super helpfull. From the moment we arrived and left. Pool area is big enough and the rooms have everything you need in it. Staff helped us to plan all the activities around the town.

Staff were friendly and very welcoming. They helped us with booking tickets to Cham Island and Memories Land - great value. Very helpful with answering questions.
Room was nice and spacious, good shower facilties and toiletries.
Buffet breakfast was nice.
Good location.

Fantastic value for money and exceptionally helpful and competent staff. I had to book some flights and they really went out of their way to assist me. Loved our stay here! The breakfast was AMAZING and very good portions. Daisy is very helpful and a FANTASTIC host. We booked our airport transfers and we booked our tour to the Golden Bridge with her (would recommend doing this as she was very helpful and the price was good). The shower was hot with great water pressure. Located a 20/30 minute walk from Old Town but she does provide free bikes which makes it a 10 minute cycle. We spent 6 days and would've happily stayed longer if we had the time. My favourite place we have stayed in Vietnam.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Upon arrival we received a free room upgrade! We had a comfy room with a big bed, bathtub, very nice hot shower.
Location is a bit further from the centre, but it doesn’t really matter with free bikes that are very handy.
Staff helped us arrange our activities, so it made our stay hasslefree.
