All the wonderful reviews we read before booking are true! Ms Thuy's family run villa is truly a beautiful oasis and the perfect place to relax after a hot day in Hoi An! The pool and garden are heavenly and the rooms are so clean and comfortable. The location is brillliant and Ms Thuy and her family are very helpful and friendly. I am so glad we were able to stay 4 nights!

This was our 6th time in this Resort and never disappoint us! The location, the staff, the food, everything excellent.
This time the Resort surprise us and upgraded our rooms.
The SPA is excellent, very good massage, Mai and all staff are 5⭐️ We did a late check in and a late check out!

Huyen, the owner of the property and her hospitality made our stay very memorable. We feeled not only as guests, but The Guests, and this adds a lot to a trip.
Rooms are neat and tidy, her homemade breakfasts, coffees and juices are great.
Loved the beach which is very close. We were able to order food from her to the room and also to the beach which was very delicious and there are good bars/cafes and places to eat nearby as well. Hoi An old town is not far, we went there with Grab, but you can use the free bicycles of the hotel too.

the staff goes above and beyond to help you out. When we arrived at 4am from the night bus and we couldn’t check in, they made us comfortable on the sunbeds. which we really appreciated!

Very clean and tidy, modern and stylish hotel.
We loved the intimity of the place. The rooms have a european vibe to them with exclusive materials, tiles and design. Its not a big hotel, but its perfect for what we wanted. A local small gem with high standard. The staff was very welcoming and warm, especially Diem Phuong was always smiling and willing to help us with whatever. The pool area is very nice, and for our kids it was perfect for an afternoon swim or after breakfast dip. We will come back!

Tucked away in a peaceful, palm-lined lane just a short walk from the beach, this homestay is everything you hope for when you want an authentic, relaxing experience.
What made our stay even more special was Ms. Luna, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. On a rainy afternoon, when we were feeling a little stuck, she surprised us with some freshly prepared snacks — warm, homemade, and incredibly thoughtful. It turned what could have been a gloomy day into one of our most memorable. It felt like being cared for by family.
The rooms are clean, cosy, and surrounded by lush greenery. The vibe is laid-back and genuine — perfect for travellers looking to escape the busy tourist areas and connect with nature and local hospitality.
We left feeling refreshed and so grateful for the kindness we received!
