Every single staff member was polite, friendly and very helpful. From the welcome on arrival with all the detailed information about the hotel to the activities in Hoi An.
The location is excellent and all activities can be done on foot. The hotel rents bicycles, so we had the opportunity to see activities in the vicinity and further afield. We also used massages and it was wonderful relaxation.
Breakfast was fantastic.
Since I'm writing a review only after returning home and we stayed in 10 hotels in Vietnam, in our opinion this was the best hotel we've visited, and that's mainly thanks to the staff, who do to their guests "what they see in their eyes". and that is the highest value for us.

Had a lovely stay here, everything was perfect! The room was nice and spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with heaps of options and Vegemite which we loved!! The staff we all so friendly and helpful and made our stay so lovely.

We had a very pleasant time at Hoi An Riverside Villas for 4 nights. A lovely place to stay located nicely in between Hoi An town and the beach.
Ms. My and all the staff were very welcoming and always available to help with anything we needed - recommendations for food and places to visit, laundry, bikes and scooter rentals, airport transportation. The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable, breakfast had lots of variety with some different options each day, and the swimming pool was a great place to relax.

This has been one of our favourite hotels in Vietnam, the staff are so helpful and always smiling. They really couldn’t have done anymore for us. The hotel itself is lovely, family run & has a pool aswell. Breakfast was basic but decent. Free bike hire to explore, couldn’t fault this at all. Good location. Would also recommend going to Rosie’s Cafe around the corner for brunch, another favourite.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Free bikes made it easy to get around. Laundry service was fast and exceptional value. Rooms were flawless and both pools were lovely and open til late.

Owners and staff friendly, hard working, excellent! Very clean accommodation- access to filtered or bottled water. Hot showers! Room darkening curtains-perfect! Large beautiful room with balcony! Quiet residential neighborhood - close walking to local businesses and free bicycles for use..we went to Ancient Village and My Anh beach area. Swimming pool very clean. Beautiful garden. Hien cooked breakfast for us, local My Quang delicious 😋 Son is very informative on local areas to visit. Highly recommend staying here!

[03:29, 14/11/2024] Robin: we didn't like Hoi an that much but the Homestay made it worth staying longer. the breakfast was astonishing and the fact that we got free bikes to use was really handy. the location is perfect, just outside the busy touristy area but between the beach and the city, in a quiet street.
