Every single staff member was polite, friendly and very helpful. From the welcome on arrival with all the detailed information about the hotel to the activities in Hoi An.
The location is excellent and all activities can be done on foot. The hotel rents bicycles, so we had the opportunity to see activities in the vicinity and further afield. We also used massages and it was wonderful relaxation.
Breakfast was fantastic.
Since I'm writing a review only after returning home and we stayed in 10 hotels in Vietnam, in our opinion this was the best hotel we've visited, and that's mainly thanks to the staff, who do to their guests "what they see in their eyes". and that is the highest value for us.

The service is exceptional, happy kind staff. Location is great with a free shuttle bus to the old town and free bikes on offer. The rooms and beds are very big and comfortable. The pool is good and the breakfast is stupendous.

Impossible to recommend more!
I am traveling in Asia for the last half a year and this one has been my best stay. The staff make you feel right at home, they are so kind and attentive that you feel so comfortable.
I loved the fact that is a smaller hotel so you get all the space and attention.
The bed is very comfortable as well as the pillows, the breakfast is lovely with local food, eggs and many fresh fruits.
The location is perfect with green views and very close to the lovely rice fields. It’s just outside of the busy center but close enough to be there in few minutes.
I loved the free bikes which are in a really good condition and allow you to explore the area freely.
Will absolutely come back and recommend.

Definitely what we loved the most from this hotel was its people. Since day -10 (before we arrived) they were really attentive to whatever I asked them via Booking or even WhatsApp. Once we arrived they gave us the best recommendations for tours and things to do at the lovely city of Hoi An. We were on our honeymoon, so I requested some decorations for our room; they did a wonderful job it looked stunning.

This has been one of our favourite hotels in Vietnam, the staff are so helpful and always smiling. They really couldn’t have done anymore for us. The hotel itself is lovely, family run & has a pool aswell. Breakfast was basic but decent. Free bike hire to explore, couldn’t fault this at all. Good location. Would also recommend going to Rosie’s Cafe around the corner for brunch, another favourite.

We had such an amazing stay at Phuk Thao Villa, we even extended our stay. Our room was large, spacious and clean. And the bed was very comfortable. The pool is great and kept very clean even after it rains! There are bikes available for free to use so it is very easy to cycle to the old town or the beach. We also enjoyed walking home in the evenings as there are many nice shops and restaurants along the way. But what really made our stay special was the staff, especially Son. He was always available to help with any queries or to chat with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. There was always coffee and snacks provided to us and he even made sure to bring fruit to our room one morning. Would definitely recommend Phuc Thao Villa!

[03:29, 14/11/2024] Robin: we didn't like Hoi an that much but the Homestay made it worth staying longer. the breakfast was astonishing and the fact that we got free bikes to use was really handy. the location is perfect, just outside the busy touristy area but between the beach and the city, in a quiet street.
