We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The hostess, Trang, was fantastic and made us feel right at home. The building is brand new, just as shown in the photos, and everything was impeccably clean. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel is located on a calm street, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, yet it's just a short walk to the old town, which was very convenient. The transfer to the hotel organised by Trang made our arrival and departure stress-free. This was undoubtedly one of our best stays in Vietnam. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choise and you get a lot. I loved the famous Vietnamese baguette, fresh fruit, pancakes and passionfruit juice. The location was perfect, a short walk from the old town (10 min) and in a quiet street.

This is the second time we've stayed at Bonsai Villa, and once again we had an outstanding stay. The rooms are clean, functional and cleaned regularly. The selection for breakfast is great, we were even given samples of some unfamiliar food to try along with our ordered breakfast. The staff are lovely, extremely helpful and friendly, and the owner is one of the nicest people I have ever met. She helped us arrange excursions, and get our laundry done. The room service menu also offers delicious pizzas that come quickly. Bonsai villa is just a 10 minute walk into the heart of Hoi An, and there is a small supermarket, some spas, bars and restaurants very close by. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

We had an amazing stay at Memories resort. It is a beautiful oasis away from the hustle and bustle of the town, but still close enough to be able to walk to the centre in 15 minutes. The hotel is beautiful, spacious clean rooms, and the breakfast had plenty of options each morning to suit all tastes. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Mr Hoàng Vû who really helped us when we had an issue with our outgoing flight- we really appreciated this. The airport shuttle was also excellent. One of our favourite places we have ever stayed.

Linh welcomed us with a smile and gave us lots of tourist hints. The hotel is on the Riverside, a 15 min walk from the old town. We enjoyed sitting on our little balcony watching the colourful boats going off into town for work in the evening . The room was very clean, and the huge bed was super comfortable . Breakfast was included, and there is a variety of choices, all very tasty. They arranged our taxi to the airport for us on the last morning at a reasonable price. We left very early, and the friendly night guard was on hand to make sure everything was OK.
