Everything was wonderful : the staff, the place, the decoration. The hotel is really fancy and friendly and the staff is welcoming and warm. There’s a nice atmosphere that makes the stay unforgettable. The place is close to the center and I definitely recommend the place.

Fantastic friendly owner and staff, always on hand to assist. We were fully informed of the weather/ flood issues while staying. ( November 2025 ) The property was clean and fresh, with good facilities and a convenient location for walking into the old town. Recommended to opt for the breakfast as a good choice of fresh fruits and juice as well as cooked options. We will certainly return.

We loved our stay at the Muse House! - The location is great, just 15 min walk from the center and not as busy - The hosts are hospitable, and they’re maintaining the hotel very well. Even the pool is clean (we know how difficult it is to keep it clean:) - Yummy breakfast where you have a choice, and don’t need to order it in advance. The most delicious pineapple/passionfruit juice in town - You can borrow bicycles to explore the area

The staff were really attentive to our comfort and went out of the way to make sure that we were enjoying ourselves during our stay. They were personal and friendly in their service. They also changed our bedsheets and towels despite the short stay. The hotel is also in a less touristy area, which we liked, as we got to see local life and prices of amenities around the hotel were less expensive.

We stayed 5 nights at the Bon Sand Villa in Hoi An and it was so far our best experience in Vietnam. The room was spacious with a glass front, so the view of the river and palms was quite nice. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had an appealing design and the shower pressure was good. The location was outside the City Center, therefore it was peaceful. We were able to borrow bikes for free to ridee to the City Center and to the beach. However, what made our stay so special were the people. The team of Bon Sand Villa was very friendly and supportive. They helped us with our everyday needs and were there even for special requests (like getting medicine) - acompanied with a kind word and a smile. We even got a little something for valentins day. 5 out of 5 stars. If you are going to Hoi An we recommend to stay at Bon Sand Villa :)
