Everything! Great distance from the bustling city -close enough to not be a burden, but far enough to give you rest. The bikes made the trip to old town 3-5min and walking 10min. The staff is great, their food is awesome and affordable. The best I’ve had in Vietnam at a hotel. Loved the pool and happy hour daily. The manager does daily rounds to check in with guests either at breakfast or lunch which added such a cosy and personal touch. The reception ladies were so great. Really overall experience was amazing- cannot fault this place. We had a Big rooms with shower and bath and balcony - which was great.

We really liked the staff (Kelly & King especially). They took care of everything so we feel welcome and comfortable, from laundry to scooter bike, etc. Rooms and the facilities are good looking and in great condition. Free bikes are super nice!

Wonderful place to chill out while travelling through Vietnam. The hosts were wonderful and arranged cheap taxis to the old town and the beach whenever we wanted it.local traders and shops have everything you might need. Such a wonderful view of the river away from the busy town. Cannot fault Bon Sand Villa!

Miss Phuong at the reception, was adorable!
The room was spacious and clean with a Nice view on the swimming pool.
The breakfast was amazing, cooked at demand and very tasty (trust my vietnamese experience)
The location was perfect to the Memories spectacle, and you can take a bike to visit the old town.

Breakfast is really good! Traditional noodle from the area - highly recommended! Coffees are also very good. They also have beer on tap. The receptionists are also very friendly. I'd return and stay here longer for sure.
