Staff were so friendly and accommodating- offering us use of the showers when we arrived very early after a night on a sleeper bus. Pool was refreshing but not cold and bar service was attentive. Breakfast was a good selection with eggs cooked to perfection. Room was a good size with a balcony to sit out on

iHome Hoi An has an excellent customer service. The staff were very accommodating, polite and can easy to talk to because they speak and understand English. The location is also great as it is close to most visited attractions. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. My stay was amazing. Also, the food for breakfast is superb and delicious!

I loved my time here! everything was clean, the staff was very helpful and nice. the dorm was arranged in a way that you felt you had some privacy with the big curtains.
