The hotel is more like a resort, we really loved our stay. Very clean and kid friendly pools, spacious apartment, calm location. The staff is caring and always try to help as much as they can. Good breakfast. The hotel shuttle bus is great, made travelling easy.

The place is a lovely peaceful haven in the Hoi An countryside. We felt like family, so well taken care of by the staff. We could only do a bit of swimming in mid-December, but having the pool was still fun and helped set the lovely scene. We heard absolutely no traffic noise, which was just perfect (although you might hear some folks in the area doing karaoke at home, which just adds to the authentic Vietnam atmosphere.) It's definitely countryside, but there are a couple shops and restaurants within walking distance. Hoi An old town is about 20 minutes bicycle ride or 10 minutes taxi ride so easy to go in and out for meals or sightseeing. The bicycles we used were well maintained (and free to use). The rooms and the building are in good condition and the wood furniture and bamboo fences and the outdoor bathtub of one room just fit perfectly in the environment. The hotel isn't dripping with luxury (the floors are stone and not carpet, for instance), but it's just a really nice ambience. Overall, I just really felt comfortable and pleasant at the hotel, and for the price I felt was a terrific value.

The Photos don't do ANY justice to the Property itself. It beats expectations with the construct & serenity of the environment. Rooms are large and well appointed (need more air-conditioning as the weather is hot during daytime but it's cold during night). Service is topnotch with Smiles and genuine concerns. Food at is delicious and presentation is leaps and bounds ahead of most places I have dined here.

It’s located just a 5-7 min scooter ride to the old town.
The property has a clean and refreshing pool to have a dip in and sunbathe by on the hot Vietnamese days.
The staff is super friendly, especially Nhi, she made my stay special with genuine conversations and smiles, thank you very much ❤️
Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels and water.
You can also get tailored clothes without leaving the property.
