Very thoughtful owner, Hai. Always wait for us til late! Impressive how he maintained and keep bike for rental new for safety of customers, home made bfast, I wish the bathtub water could be filled up fast as that is reason I book this place but, Hai please see how to make it easier! And brighten up lightings at bathroom k ❤️hot shower was great! Your coffee was hand roasted? Superb! Hai also switched up AC so we entered comfortably for rest, very dedicative owner! And those KOI at ponds near our room, well fed and so lively! Bird or insects chirping surrounding the Villa, make us feels like living in the jungle yet no mosquitoes around, pleasant stay! Keep it up Hai.

Absolutely loved the hotel and the amazing staff. Played tennis with the general manager and went for a run with the staff in the morning. So welcoming and nice - we will come back, but next time for more days!
Loved the tennis court and food and rooms were also nice. Also loved the BBQ night - great food and music.
Amazing feature: cinema can be booked to watch films on Netflix

The 3 bedroom villa is total luxury with its own pool. Loved the setting, watching the fishing boats in the nearby river. Excellent selection of food at breakfast. Free shuttle to Old Town was great!

Amazingly kind owners who sorted all of our needs. we rented bikes at a really good price and they gave good travel recommendations as well. I would highly recommend.

really comfy beds, such a good price, less than a minute walk away from the beach and very easy and cheap to get taxi in to town. Also has the loveliest owners Lam and his wife who helped with absolutely everything, stay here!!
