Located in a peaceful neighborhood but at the same time near all attractions, Heart Lodge was a great place to stay at Hoi An.
We felt warmly welcomed from the moment we stepped foot in this lovely homestay - Ven, Matt and all their family members always greeted us with a big smile and genuine interest in our travel plans. They also helped us to have our laundry done and fixed us an affordable transport to our next destination.
The room was clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed to spend some time on our little balcony. Breakfast was also great, Venn fixed us a delicious and nutritious start for the day!
Wishing all the best for our amazing hosts at Heart Lodge and a warm recommendation for their beautiful homestay in Hoi An!

The service was exceptional. Everyone was so willing to accommodate us and make our stay memorable. Sophie in particular was incredible and so attentive, she really made our time so special.
The breakfast buffet was great and has a wide variety. The rooms are great and spacious with beautiful finishings.
Overall we had the best time and will highly recommend Allegro to our friends and family

The owners of the hotel were very welcoming and friendly. We were treated like kings throughout our stay.
The room and facilities were very clean and the pool was perfect to cool off and take a swim. We also used their laundry service which was done fast and clean.
The owners also helped us with providing good suggestions of places to go in Hoi An (activities, food, clothes shops,..) and arranged the taxis for us.
Upon checkout we received some food for on the go, since they knew we were taking a night bus to Nha trang, this was a very welcome surprise (and was delicious) :-)
We definitely recommend this hotel for your stay in Hoi An. The owners are truly amazing people and we will definitely book this again when we return to Hoi An one day

Hotel is in a fantastic location, very central with just a short walk to all local attractions and amenities. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! They helped us to coordinate with airport lost property and also noted a birthday we were celebrating and brought a cake.

Great location, lovely room, clean and comfortable. The receptionist Helen and Min couldn't have been nicer. These Lady's were two of the most helpful hosts we've had in 3 months of travelling south east asia. The free walking tour was great and definitely recommend. This hotel provides you with so many recommendations for the area. Would definitely come again.
