This hotel is a 10! Nothing to say, pool is perfect, location great (little paradise 5 min from the busy old town), staff nice (our daughter even got a cake for her birthday), Spa ok (my husbands massage was a bit disappointing but mine was great), good breakfast!

Awesome spot! They're brand newly opened so everything is fresh and shiny. You can see that very quickly it's going to be the "go-to" place in Hoi An. Great for solo travellers and perfect for backpackers. It's great value at $5 a night (UMM WITH A FREE BEER AND BREAKFAST?!) The food was great, too! The staff are really friendly and attentive. Plenty of entertainment too, pool table and foosball. A super short (and scenic) walk to where all the action happens in town too.

The owner and her family are the sweetest people. We enjoyed our stay so much we decided to add an extra night. It was a great location to walk around the old town but not right in the thick of everything. The beds were comfy and breakfast was good.
