A lovely small hotel which is perfectly located for the centre of Hoi An. The breakfasts are very good and the decor is lovely old world Vietnam. We would definitely stay there again.

Every member of staff was absolutely lovely. So helpful and kind, especially needed when travelling as a solo female. They even offered to walk me safely to my room each night as I was scared of the geckos that came out at night! Couldn’t give it a higher rating, I will definitely be back. Thank you!!!!

Host was super always happy, friendly and tried his best to communicate with us even though he doesn't speak English. He even helped us figure out how to get to Cham Island and made us breakfast at ~6:30 am when we had to leave. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed. We definitely stay here again!

Great value and excellent location in a quiet side road close to the old town and night market. Clean and comfy small room perfect for a short stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful arranging for a taxi back to Da Nang for us at a good rate. Highly recommended.

we stayed five days at Miss Ten's place. excellent position, very close to the main street and all the happenings. the night market, boat rides or shops are just a few minutes' walk away. the host was very kind, the first day she invited us to lunch, and the second day she prepared prawns for lunch at our request. a really fantastic and very pleasant woman. on the day of check-out, she made fresh juice and offered us a plate of fruit. the room is very clean and the towels are changed every day. the building also has a parking lot for bicycles or motorbikes. great recommendation for this host and its accommodation. certainly one of the best in Vietnam where we stayed.

What a lovely homestay! Nguyễn Quỳnh is a super friendly host and she will help you with transportation, bike rental, whatever you need. The apartment is very clean, well-maintained and the location is perfect, quiet but close to the night market and center. We highly recommend to book this homestay!

The rooms at the back are quiet, the bed is comfortable, the AC hums quietly, the host Tony is helpful arranging tickets and travel etc, the homestay is in the midst of Hoi An. So all fine!

The rooms were very clean and the lady who owned the homestay was really nice. Good breakfast. Really nice location, quiet, but still near the city. You could borrow bikes for free, but they weren't the best quality.
