Warm, friendly staff, great location, beautiful property, comfortable room, quick laundry service, delicious breakfast and they catered to vegetarians - they remembered that I was vegetarian at breakfast (from check in the day before) and prepared special dishes for me, they kept our luggage after check out so we could walk around the town a bit longer. It was just perfect!

The location of the hotel is great, in a quiet area but just a few minutes walking from the night market and the river. Rooms and spacious and very clean. The owner is very friendly and helped us book our tours and night bus. I would definitely recommend this palace when staying in Hoi An.

The location is great, the night market. It's so close to Old Town that it's easy to move around, the owner is so nice, and the breakfast is served neatly! The hotel is quiet, too!

This is our second stay at sunny homestay, lovely rooms,in an excellent location minutes from Hoi An old town, down a quiet alley. The host's are most welcoming and cannot do enough for you, the host prepares a simple breakfast, bread ,eggs and fruit, I can thoroughly recommend this nice, friendly homestay.
