My partner and I had a great time staying at Kim Phu Villa. We originally only booked 1 night but ended up staying 3. The host Vince and his wife are lovely people who made us feel very comfortable and we’re able to recommend restaurants, cooking classes and more. We also go laundry done with a very quick turnaround. Kim Phu villa is a lovely place to stay in Hoi An!

The decor was beautiful, it was comfortable and was perfect for a quiet stay in Hoi An. There was a humidifier in the room that made it smell amazing as well! We loved our stay here over Christmas.

I really liked the sheets, it was so white and clean that I didn't want to get out of the bed. Very tidy place and a quiet location. There was a working fridge in the room. There was also a small swimming pool, which we didn't use, but it was nice to look at. Not to far from the center.

Lee is a great host, friendly and professional, we were halfway our trip and booked especially because of the washing machine and dryer, which was brilliant. The bed is comfortable, not so hard for a change and the shower is just perfect with actual hot water and pressure 😁 Also very good to have refill for drinking water to avoid the many single use plastic bottles.

Everything and especially the host. Mr Hai is very caring and accommodating. He is always ensuring our comfort and safety, offering advice before we set off for the day and welcoming us home warmly when we return. We will miss Mr Hai when we go home. ☺️ Rooms and bathrooms are spick and span clean. The bed is heavenly and everything smells lovely - toiletries, bedding, towels. Mr Hai gets our bicycles promptly ready when we request for them and they are provided complementary. Highly recommended, we look forward to returning.

One of the best stays we've ever had in ANY country (and we've traveled through most of Europe and Asia!). The room was spacious, with a private bathroom, a small fridge, air conditioner, and large comfortable beds. The owner was an incredibly nice and hospitable lady who helped us to book a tour to Marble Mountains + Mi Son, body massage as well as night bus tickets to another city for a low price, treated us to the cooked corn, recommended an excellent cheap vegetarian cafe nearby and many more! Incredible experience, we really felt at home here (and hopefully will get a chance to come here again!).
