Got to avail the free bike rental and complimentary classes. Really liked the pottery class and got to take home a whistle souvenir. Breakfast was also from 6-10am and check out is til 12nn. Gym was also clean and well-equipped despite being small. Distance is 5 mins away from the historic center, and can ride a Grab directly to Hoi An Memories.

Perfect location if you are looking for a calm street at 5-10 minutes walk from old town. You can also rent bike for free. The host was reallyyy helpful, many great recommendations and the tour we did was nice! The homestay is really clean, free water is also great. Would 100% recommend.

Really beautiful house and room with very sweet owner. It's close to the old town (10min walk) which is perfect as you have everything nearby, but it is a little more quiet than in the old town itself. Would surely come back here :)

We loved absolutely everything about this place. You enter inside and immediately feel calmer and better. Life starts to move slower. The owner is an architect and she designed everything by herself. You really see how much work went into the details to make you feel at home. It’s exactly how we felt and didn’t want to leave. On top of the beauty of everything, it is also extremely clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. The location is just outside of the Ancient Town, 10 minute walking distance. They gave us a list of places to have coffee/tea, try local food and nice restaurants. We followed their recommendations and had great time. Hoi An is very beautiful but experiencing a stay at this accommodation would be by itself a reason to visit.

It was in a quiet area but still close to everything. The host was so nice and friendly, she made sure she could understand us and when she didn’t she would call her daughter to translate. They organised a taxi to and from the airport for us. We could rent bikes if we wanted.

The location is unbeatable for my mom and I, neither too commercial nor too isolated still super convenient for everything! Our apartment is as good as expected and the staff are very helpful and friendly and they are all goodlooking and pleasant! I sincerely look forward to coming back here in 2026!
